Terms and Conditions of the aramido Academy

Booking

All offered training courses, dates, contents and the respective participation fees can be accessed via the overview page of the aramido Academy. Booking is carried out via the booking form on the respective website with the details of the event. After receipt of the booking, the customer will receive a confirmation of the booked date as well as an invoice by e-mail.

Participation fees, due date and invoicing

The amount of the participation fee is based on the respective training program and is understood as a total price per participating person. The invoice is issued immediately after booking and the fee is due immediately and without deduction. The booking is binding for both parties once the invoice has been paid in full in advance.

Cancellation, rebooking and refund

Every cancellation must be made in text form by e-mail to . The customer can cancel free of charge up to six weeks before the start of the event. In this case, the participation fee already paid will be refunded in full. If the cancellation occurs less than six weeks before the start of the event or the participant does not appear, the full participation fee becomes due. No refund will be made. If dates are rebooked, the same deadlines and fees as for cancellations apply.

Waiting list

Each training course has a limited number of participants. If the maximum number of participants is reached, the customer can have themselves placed on a waiting list. Interested parties on the waiting list will receive a binding booking confirmation as soon as a place becomes available.

Withdrawal due to insufficient number of participants

Should the actual number of participants at the registration deadline be less than the minimum number of participants, aramido reserves the right to cancel the event no later than two weeks before the start. In this case, the participation fee already paid will be fully refunded. Further claims by the customer, in particular compensation for existing travel or accommodation costs, are excluded.

Changes in the seminar process

The aramido Academy is entitled to make temporal and content-related changes (for example, adjustment of the teaching content, change of the speaker), provided that the user-oriented added value of the event is not significantly impaired. In the event of the speaker's absence due to illness or accident, an equivalent substitute speaker will be provided or, if this is not possible, a new date will be offered.

Participation confirmation and certificate

After successful completion of a training course, the customer receives written confirmation of participation as well as a certificate, provided that the training provides for this.

Data protection

The aramido Academy collects, processes and stores personal data exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the events and in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy.

Final provisions

By submitting the booking form, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of the aramido Academy. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Law. No side agreements to this contract exist. Changes to this contract as well as withdrawal and termination notices must be in writing. These formal requirements can only be lifted or changed in writing. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a public-law special fund, the registered office of aramido GmbH is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from or in connection with this contract. The same applies to a customer who has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or who, after concluding the contract, moves their residence or habitual abode outside of Germany or whose residence or habitual abode is not known at the time of filing the lawsuit.
