What does aramido mean?

Our company name aramido is derived from Aramid fibers. These are textile fibers that are particularly known for their use in bulletproof vests. Just as these vests offer their wearers tailored, lightweight protection, the IT security solutions by aramido aim to adapt flexibly and individually to users.

aramido GmbH was founded in 2015 by Andreas Sperber and Armin Harbrecht in Karlsruhe as an IT Security Consultancy. On the about page you can find more information about the two founders and white-hat hackers .
