On a Growth Path: aramido moves into new premises at Durlacher Allee

The new year begins with positive news: despite or perhaps because of the pandemic, digitalization and information security are becoming increasingly important. Since the team has steadily expanded, aramido is moving its office location from Amalienstraße to new, larger premises at Durlacher Allee 75 – 77. The new building of the AVG (Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft) at the eastern entrance of Karlsruhe offers sufficient space for personnel and intellectual growth with a rental area of nearly 1,000 m². Your company can also benefit from this: by founding a new office community, aramido is renting out representative office units in a separate area for subtenants.

With the goal of effectively protecting against information security threats, aramido's security consultants daily support managers from the IT and technology industry, the finance and healthcare sectors, as well as organizations from the fields of media, culture, industry, and trade. Since its founding in 2015, not only has the solid order situation steadily developed, but the team of security consultants has also grown continuously. A double-digit number of "aramidos" will move into the new office premises at Durlacher Allee in May 2021. The entire rental area happens to provide space for 42 workstations – this happy coincidence lets not only fans of Douglas Adams look positively into the future.

New building with roof terrace offers modern office building standard

The new building ensemble, realized by the architecture firm Sacker, is excellently accessible due to its immediate proximity to the Tullastraße/ VBK stop and the A5 motorway. The office premises with roof terrace are located on the 5th floor of the building complex, directly opposite the Creative Park Alter Schlachthof. "The new building meets our requirements as a consultancy for information security with its modern standard and spatial concept. After an intensive search and very detailed planning of our premises, we have found an individual solution for ourselves. We are creating a space in which we as a team can pursue the future vision of aramido," Andreas Sperber is convinced. "I am also looking forward to using our training rooms with our customers soon and conducting security trainings and hacking events there. And of course, to a few sunny hours on our large roof terrace," he smiles.

Separate office unit available for sublet from May

"Until we have filled the entire premises in the future, we are making a separate office unit available for sublet. We want to give other companies the opportunity to grow steadily," says Armin Harbrecht. The 5th floor is spatially divided into the rental area of the main tenant, aramido GmbH, and the separate area of the subtenant. The rental offer includes services such as office cleaning, a flat-rate internet connection, and electricity costs. To respond flexibly to the situation of the prospective tenant, framework conditions such as the contract term are agreed upon individually.
