aramido GmbH was founded by Andreas Sperber and Armin Harbrecht. From their many years of collaboration, they bring profound technical knowledge combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. As experts in penetration testing of web applications, aramido provides you with an independent and accurate picture of the security status of your products. The range of tested web apps extends from self-programmed apps in common programming languages such as PHP, Java or JavaScript to applications based on CMS systems such as WordPress and associated plugins. Each test is individually tailored to the customer and therefore goes far beyond the descriptive power of an automated vulnerability scan.
Hacking web applications
The aramido pentesters see themselves as ethical hackers (also called Ethical Hackers, White-Hat-Hacker or Red Team). Their goal is to make information technology and especially web applications more secure. To do this, they put themselves in the role of attackers and attempt to find and exploit vulnerabilities in customer applications within a previously defined framework. In addition to standardized procedures and established tools, a great deal of creativity and customized strategies are used for the tests. Thanks to the comprehensive know-how from the development of their own web applications and the understanding of processes and organizations, aramido offers high-quality analyses and solutions.
