Responsibilities

• Setting up and checking company-owned servers and clients
• Performing security audits of the IT infrastructure, such as mail server penetration tests
• Advising clients on the setup and audit of servers and clients
• Evaluating, selecting and setting up new IT systems and applications
• Coordinating external service providers

Requirements

• Joy in building IT infrastructure with the integration of services (Web server, Mail server, LDAP, databases, Proxies, Ansible)
• Experience with methods for hardening IT systems
• Knowledge of firewalls, encryption and certificates
• Proficiency in standard software (Linux, Windows, MS Office, LaTeX)
• Reliability and discretion
• Business fluent German and good English skills
